Bella's Architect Research - Zaha Hadid

1. Morpheus Hotel in Macao

2. Beijing Daxing Airport

3. Hadid Architects show VR (virtual reality) Architectural Designs and ideas
4. Chengdu Contemporary Art Centre
5. The Chinese Cultural Center in China
6. Galaxy SOHO in Beijing

Zara Hadid has been names "Queen of the Curves" due to her consistent use of curved and angled Architectural Designs. She was awarded the 2004 Pritzer Architecture Prize, RIBA Sterling Prize twice, the London Design Museum’s Design of the Year in 2014,  Japan Art Association’s Praemium Imperiale prize for architecture in 2009, and the Royal Gold Medal for Architecture in 2016. In 2016 she was named a Dame by the DBE. I really like Hadid's designs because her designs are out of the box and more playful than an average building so they have character and movement.

  1. I really like Zaha Hadid's architecture!! I have never seen buildings with such abstract and complex structures, I definitely want to visit one of her buildings.Usually buildings are made using rectangular prism shapes and straight lines but her use of curves makes her architecture so unique
